Added sugar in yogurt can increase the level of the fungus instead of treating it.

Cranberry Juice

Eat or drink 100% cranberry juice as it is helpful in preventing both yeast infections and urinary tract infections. Cranberry juice contains a substance that helps prevent the bacteria from clinging into the mucus membranes.

Coconut Oil

Use coconut oil and apply it around the vagina at least once or twice a day. Coconut oil has the ability to kill the bacteria that causes yeast infection and completely frees you from the issue.

Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil is an essential oil that can be effectively used to kill bacteria, fungus and viruses. Tea tree oil is also known to create a healthy balance of ph in the vagina. Since tea tree oil is extremely powerful, only use it occasionally and when you use it, dilute it with water
